Breath - the red thread in our life
Our breath is like a red thread, accompanying us ever since we are born. Before birth the breath and the heartbeat of our mother was accompaning us.
Our breath can lead us towards our feelings, can support us to encounter what we are hiding of ourselves.
The breath mirrors how much we are in contact with ourselves.
During a breath-session the inherent power of the breath enables us to contact our own personal strength. Via breath old wounds can re-appear, can surface into our daily consciousness, too.
This journey of the re-emerging of feelings and memories I accompany with intuition, experience and with lots of caring attention.
Breath-work goes hand in hand with
Rebalancing and
body-therapie.
The liberated breath is always a fountain of relaxation and a feeling of wellness.
As soon as we breathe deeply, we expand.
Deeply liberated breath is like taking an inner shower.
During a breath-session we take an intensive inner shower.
And this is not just a poetical exaggeration. While we are breathing deeply, we take in oxygen, life-engery, which diffuses itself throughout the whole body.
Maybe you want to try a simple exercise:
While being securely seated take ten connected deep breath.
Before starting take a note of how you feel in this very moment.
And after having done those ten connected breath again take note of how you feel now.
Maybe you want to try the same process with ten rather short, done with a
stressfull, even anxious inner perspective. Also in this context again taking note of how you feel before and after.
Via the help of the red thread of our breath we encounter our lifeforce and also hidden feelings.
During and after a breath-session I accompany with
heart-to-heart talk.
This supports and deepens the process of meeting with oneself.
The setting of a breath-session can enable us to trace back the path toward a space of a liberated breath and thus having a taste of being.
